The concept was conceived 3 years ago by James, already with 2 years previous experience in the specific field of nightclub / Themed event / Novelty topless barman / waiter worker. James has worked with some of the biggest groups & ladies nights entertainers in the UK providing Hen nights & themed nights across the South East, Essex, Kent and London. He has seen what works, what does not and where there is room for improvement.
We specifically provide guys for 1, 2, 3 hours or for the evening at a cost of hire. Typical venues we have worked at include :
- Nightclubs
- Bars
- Themed venues
- Restaurants
- Promotional events
- Pubs
- Pre hen night drinks at private residence
- Marquees
- Birthday events
Our role can involve :
- Meet & greet guests at the venue entrance.
- Serving drinks to guests of the evening, behind the bar or amongst the guests in the venue.
- Walking round the guests to the event ensuring all groups are catered for in enjoying their evening at the venue. ( being part of a themed night )
- The guys being available during the event for photos with the guests for the night & for The venue’s promotion.
- Serving in the VIP ladies bar at an event.

Our experience in arranging charity ladies nights.
We arrange our own themed nights enhancing the J-TROOP brand. They act as a platform for new guys to work amongst an audience. Also a big percentage of the nights cash goes toward our local charities, one of most recent charities to benefit is Little Havens Hospice based in Thundersley, Essex.
We fully understand the pressures involved with arranging such an event. Providing J-TROOP guys are hired for the evening we can offer advice in relation to the night’s festivities for the customer.

With 5 years industry experience working at venues the founder consistently met customer’s requirements also gaining experience in working with various groups. He feels it is now time to come direct to the customer, with J-TROOP built with the foundations of reliability, quality & respect to the customer, guest & employee.
Guys who regularly train, down to earth and are fitness enthusiasts will only be hired for events, they must look the part and be the part for the evening!
